The Role

Hint Health is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us on our mission to make great healthcare accessible and affordable. Reporting to our Director of Product, you’ll be an integral part of a talented team building delightful software products to help healthcare providers scale direct care models nationwide. You’ll work with innovative providers using our software to rebuild the way healthcare is delivered from the ground up, resulting in a better patient experience and better outcomes at a reduced cost.

Location

This is a remote position but you must reside in the US or Canada. Your manager is based in NY and you’ll be collaborating with folks across all US time zones and in Uruguay and Costa Rica. The product team is based in New York, San Francisco, San Diego, Portland OR, Idaho, and Pittsburgh.

Key Responsibilities

Be the owner of the product vision for your product area, continually refining it based on customer insights and rallying the team around it
Define the product priorities and short, medium, and long-term roadmap
Lead the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements
Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of the team’s work
Build strong cross-functional relationships, founded on clear communication, to take new products and features to market in a way that maximizes their success

About You

Have to have:

At least 5 years of Product Management experience in a healthcare or fintech software company
Blend of strategic thinking capabilities with an executional, action-oriented mindset and an eagle eye for detail
Entrepreneurial and creative attitude when problem solving
Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly build and earn the trust and respect from our customers and partners
Adept at making small and large trade-off decisions based on product and company priorities
Analytical mindset and a data-backed approach to problem solving
Healthcare or fintech experience
Eligible to work legally in the US or Canada for Hint Health and living within a US time zone
